Completed in 2019, this new construction project was completed in 7-months (ahead of schedule) and under budget. This is the third physical therapy building we have done for this client in the Salem area.
Mixed Use Site
Located in downtown Salem and completed in 2019 this project includes a 5 story, 40 unit apartment building over a parking garage and a separate building with two restaurant tenants.
Interior Remodel
PNM Construction took a tired uninteresting space and revived it into a modern inviting space that hosts the Youth Center for the Salem Alliance Church.
WATERPLACE
Mixed-Use Office/Retail
This Salem iconic building is home to Salem's finest Class A office space and retail setting. The building is 6-levels and includes a detached parking garage, constructed of post-tension concrete. PNM Construction provides development assistant, budgetary check-points, and a financially successful project for its client. PNM also completed all tenant improvements in the building for various entities including New York Life Insurance, Wells Fargo Wealth Management, and various local businesses.
